Renewals
Renewal is a review, not an automatic yes.
Policies change when operations, drivers, property values, or carrier guidelines change. We use the renewal to look at the file again — not just to mail a bill.
What we look at before a policy renews
A renewal that copies last year can leave gaps. Before a term ends, we typically ask:
- Did payroll, receipts, vehicles, or locations change?
- Are building and contents limits still realistic?
- Do contracts now require higher limits or extra certificate language?
- Have drivers been added, or has a teen started driving?
- Is flood, umbrella, or inland marine still sitting outside the package?
If you have a renewal in hand and want it reviewed, call the office or use the contact page. Bring the current declarations and any notices from the carrier.
